Every girl has the one guy best friend they can always count on no matter what. This is a letter to the kid that has been there for me when I was at my worst - he is literally my best friend. I don’t know what I would do without him - he’s my rock. We have been best friends for the last nine years and nothing is going to break the incredible bond we have!

Every friendship has some hard times and we have definitely had some disagreements in the last nine years, but they have only made us closer! You have taught me what it’s like to have a real guy in my life that actually listens to me. You have even been the guy I go to for boy problems and you are always there for me and ask, "Who’s butt am I kicking this time?" I am always here for you just like you are for me.

We have been through some serious heartbreaks between the two of us and no matter what, we have always been there to support the other! No, we don’t always agree with each other's decisions, but that’s okay because in the end, it doesn’t matter and everything is fine. We've shared a good amount of tears with each other over the years.

You don’t always listen to what I have to say because you are so thick-headed sometimes. But, eventually, you come around to your senses and tell me I'm right. One of these times you are going to learn that I am right 99.99% of the time and take my advice. We’ve shared some memories together but I’m going to leave you with this amazing one: the time I got grounded because you said biking to Glens Falls was a good idea! Which, it turns out, wasn’t a good idea because I got grounded for peddling across the county line. So, with that being said, listening to a guy isn’t always the best choice to make!

Now, this is the time in my letter that I get all emotional and such. You are my best friend and without you, I don’t think I would be where I am today. You mean so much more to me than you know - I don’t tell you enough how much I appreciate you. You are like the fifth brother I never really wanted, but I am now stuck with! Next, I want to thank you so much for everything you have done for me! With all that being said, I guess it’s safe to say you are stuck with me forever! I love you!

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
