Choices can be tough, but being indecisive doesn't necessarily mean one doesn't make choices. Sometimes it can take longer to make a decision. Even if it's a decision as simple as choosing a movie to see or what kind of soda pop one desires. Here is a guide to thoughts that often cross the mind of an indecisive person.
1. It's more than a choice.
It's a life changing decision.
2. People might judge you.
What if you pick the wrong answer?
3. Some decisions are easy.
Deciding your future is simple. But, when it comes to picking between chocolate ice cream or vanilla problems arise.
4. Other times you can't choose.
Sometimes there are just too many choices, they end up passing you by.
5. Yet, many choices could change your life.
With decisions come pressure and it can just be way to much. So, it's time to take a step back.
6. Which choice is the right choice?
Often it feels like there has to be a right and wrong choice, however, neither the right, nor the wrong choice is apparent.
7. Then, there are those rare occasions you don't care or don't know.
What do you want to do, they ask. In this case it really doesn't make a difference to you.
8. Sometimes you want to choose both, but you can't.
Can I pick two, does it have to be only one? Or why not just choose all of the above?
9. Why can't someone else make the decision for you?
Wouldn't it just be easier to have another person choose for you. But, then again it may not be a decision that you like.
10. Decisions can be so frustrating.
If only it could be so automatic to make a decision.
11. Being indecisive isn't necessarily bad.
While it can be hard to be indecisive, it can often lead to better decisions in the end. Thinking through decisions can make the best decisions for you.
