They've always been there to support me, and they always will be.
Some may come and go, but some are forever. We've seen each other through thick and thin, and they really are my family away from home.
Although school can stress me out to no end, it also fills me with great joy. I do love learning, and I love that school has connected me with some of the people I love most in the world. Work keeps me busy and productive, which I am grateful for.
I love food. Needless to say, Thanksgiving is a great holiday for food.
The ability to travel
I get to spend this Thanksgiving in New York with my family! I love having the ability to go to different places and learn about different cultures.
I am so grateful to have had the time I've had on Earth so far. You never know when it could be taken away from you, so it's important to take time to really reflect on your life and the things that matter.
A platform to reflect what I'm thankful for
I've been writing for The Odyssey for almost a year now, and I have to say it's been a great way to vent, reflect, or just share any ideas that are prominent on my mind each week. Thank you, Odyssey, for bringing together students from communities around the world to share their stories.
