the double standard they're living by is humorous.

Politically corrected rhetoric, developed a generation so delicate,
it needed internet etiquette and daily doses of anxiety medicine.

So more or less, there’s no morals left.
Convinced religion is all senselessness.
Most believing in nothing, while there’s obviously something.

Carcinogens and GMO’s, from fear mongering CEO’s.
Gene cloning our children, soon CPU’s will have souls.

Google’s now God, and God is now iffy.
If a question’s too odd, quick look it up on Wiki.
Why be patient on a prayer when information’s so prompt?
Won’t wait for an answer, despite that wisdom isn't taught.

Innocence is nonexistent, so wickedness is insistent.
All intentions are iniquitous, it’s a sickness of our impotence.

We do our don’ts, and don’t know our needs.
Blue skies will sing their song, making harmony with the trees.
