With President-Elect Donald Trump once again affirming his commitment to appointing conservative Supreme Court justices, I felt it was my responsibility as the Black Writer’s Leagues self-appointed legal eagle to give black women (or whoever is reading this) the rundown of some very important cases that made it to the highest court in the land. This is an overall list, and I will be writing articles about each individual one. Some cases may be added and some may be taken out, it all really depends on requests and the events that transpire in the weeks ahead. Some may be considered common knowledge and I probably won’t spend too much time on those. So, without further ado, here they are.
