Oh, that was fast and you're so much more awake now. Maybe it was your favorite Bath and Body Works body wash that smells like marshmallows and fall. Maybe it was feeling Adele wake up your soul with every verse from "Hello." I don't care what it was now that I can see that smile on your face.

I like the outfit you picked out last night. It looks so nice and fits just right. I hope this will keep that smile on just for a little bit longer. C'mon sleepyhead, you're almost done.

Hi sleepyhead, are you ready to put on your makeup? Are you going for a normal, natural look or are you going to try and impress that cute boy in your class today? You know it doesn't matter to me because I think you look the same in sweats and clean-faced as you do in your best dress and favorite shade of lipstick. But I know you only feel safe with it on and you know they're not ready to see you just yet like I do every day.

Okay, got your bag? Have your keys and your phone? Oh, don't forget your headphones because you have that new Shawn Mendes song stuck in your head and you just have to hear it now.
