You did it! You survived your finals and somehow was able to make it through the semester without too much bodily harm. Now, it's time to pack your bags and head back to your hometown for some much needed R&R with your family and high school friends. The first 48 hours are always so perfect, but quickly you begin counting down the days until you are back at college where you belong.
1. Deciding to go grab some lunch at your old favorite diner and immediately regretting it because high school students have invaded.
2. Running into people you graduated high school with and immediately remembering how awful they were.

3. Receiving the inevitable text from your high school hook-up who wants to "hang out" and "catch up" over break.
4. Your mother casually slipping in comments about going to the gym over break any chance she gets.
5. Speaking of your mother, the battles between the two of you will be epic. Prepare accordingly.
6. After running out of people to fight with, resort to television. It will never leave you. It will never tell you to take out the trash. It will never tell you to empty the dishwasher.
7. The biggest decision of the day is whether to nap or not.
8. Nightly rants with your BFFs from school about how hard it is being back at home where there is rules and judgment.

9. Getting a little motivation to look at next semester's schedule and already crying about how much work you will have to do.
10. Seeing friends on social media who went back to school a little bit early and feeling super jealous.
11. Is it time to go back to school????
