Gilmore Girls Obsessors Thoughts On Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life
E News!

The day we have all been waiting for has finally arrived...Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life has finally graced our T.V./computer screen thanks to Netflix! Now I know what you all are thinking, instead of talking about the insanity that unravelled within the 4 seasonal episodes of season 1, I should just grab my 5 cups of coffee, pull a Lorelai, and re-watch every episode until I'm sick of it--like that's going to happen!

The more people I speak to, the more I hear the same complaint: another season of Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life has to be a top priority for Netflix to produce in the future. There is absolutely no way that Amy Sherman-Palladino is finished with all of the emotions she brought back to life during the Netflix revival!

Instead of filling the Gilmore Girls obsessors' minds with episodes of closure, she just piled on more questions for the dedicated Gilmore Girls watchers during the prime time revival! So here's to you, Amy Sherman-Palladino, and all of the open-ended questions that your dearest friends have for you after bing-watching Gilmore Girls: A Day in the Life!

1. Jess's Longing Look

Let's not try to pretend that we didn't notice Jess' longing look during the revival, when asked the question on whether or not he still loves Rory. Of course he still love Rory! Rory and Jess are the perfect match---whether intellectually, chemically, and romatically involved--Rory and Jess have always been a match made in heaven! I just wish Amy Sherman-Palladino would only give them a chance!!!

2. Not Enough Dean!

Jared Padalecki aka Dean Forester, graced our screen in the Gilmore Girls revival for all of about 12 seconds. All I was hoping was for some closure between Rory and Dean and all I received was an awkward 12 seconds remembrance of Rory and Dean's first kiss in Dosey's Supermarket!

3. Sex Scandal with Logan

Is it just me or does Rory seem to become more of a mistress everyday? First with losing her virginity to Dean while he was married, and now to having an affair with Logan while he is engaged?! Rory just seems to recognize what she wants when it is obviously too late!

4. Lorelei's Letter

In one of Emily and Lorelei's therapy sessions, Emily accuses Lorelai of writing a heinous letter to her, which only furthers the distance between their non-communicative relationship. Unfortunately, the conspirator of the letter is never named throughout the revival...which only leads us obsessors to more questions!

5. Where's Paul Anka?

Is it just me, or was Paul Anka--Lorelai's dog--never present during this revival?! Give us some Paul Anka!

6. "Mom, I'm pregnant."

Why oh why did Amy Sherman-Palladino think it was okay to end a revival with this drama churning line?! Viewers need to know how Logan and Rory are going to proceed with this child, what is going to happen to Logan's engagement, and what Lorelai thinks of this out of the baby blue extravaganza!!

So from all of us viewers to Amy Sherman-Palladino, please-oh-please give us another season of Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life!!!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
