The following words have been echoed throughout the world, and it has garnered en masse scorn over its absurdity and lack of compassion:

"The recoil bruised my shoulder, which can happen if you don't know what you're doing. The brass shell casings disoriented me as they flew past my face. The smell of sulfur and destruction made me sick. The explosions — loud like a bomb — gave me a temporary form of PTSD. For at least an hour after firing the gun just a few times, I was anxious and irritable."

New York Daily News columnist Gersh Kuntzman jumped the gun and got trigger happy after the Orlando shooting. His call for gun control manifests itself in a gross pathos appeal and sad shock value.

The "most hated man in America" thought that mishandling an AR-15 rifle (a weapon that's rarely used in violent shootings) and mocking people with actual PTSD was the best way to make a point. It should be noted the facts are totally against him.

For more of the writer's nihilism, check out his id-filled piece where he fails to soar like an eagle.

Kuntzman often insinuates that gun control works. Despite the fact that cities and states with the most gun control also have the most gun violence, whereas small towns have little of both. Not to mention the economics of the black market, which gun control creates. Remember, alcohol prohibition and the drug war do not, have not, and will never reduce the supply or demand of the contraband.

In his emotional diatribe, devoid of facts, he re-enacts PTSD. While actual victims of rape, war and other forms of real trauma suffer from PTSD, he mocks them. He makes fun of a real situation just for a political agenda.

This New York writer reminds the world that it is usually gun control advocates who cannot handle guns. They tend to have little knowledge of gun safety. Given they are afraid of guns they refuse to learn how to use them properly. Instead - the force of law complements their laziness and lack of compassion.

In the same month the Orlando shooting happened, an Oregon mother fatally shot an intruder who was in her home. The mainstream media and the gun-control left have nothing to say to this, no reports, no columns, no opinions.

During the same year of the Isla Vista shooting in 2014, an armed Pennsylvania doctor stopped a shooter inside a hospital. No mainstream media coverage. No praise for the doctor by liberals.

Kuntzman and his gun-control ilk refuse to acknowledge two things. First, mass shootings always happens in gun-free zones. Never in gun shops, gun shows, or shooting ranges. Second, it is a lack of compassion to say it is right to leave people defenseless and to violate their natural rights of individual liberty and private property.

Bottom line: gun control does not work; but gun control advocates need a wolf to cry about. At least Gersh Kuntzman is not the most hated man in this country - he is too busy being the most emotionally-sadistic one though.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
