"Fuller House" premiered this past Friday on Netflix. The Netflix original has been much anticipated by all "Full House" fans. I was very skeptical about this new series. I love "Full House." I have seen every episode at least three times, and I still watch it almost every time it is on TV. I was worried that "Fuller House" wouldn't live up to the "Full House" prestige. I mean, how could it? The family dynamic on "Full House" is heart warming, and it makes you cry every episode from laughter and the moving lessons we learn from the show.
Well, I took it upon myself to binge watch "Fuller House" to be able to tell if you're wasting your time or not. My friends, you most definitely are not.
"Fuller House" is spectacular. I laughed, I cried, I laughed until I cried. Comet's grandkids are even on the show! Everyone makes it back, except Michelle. She's off in New York working on her fashion empire. I'm hopeful the Olsen twins, or at least one of them, comes back for a brief cameo. Even Steve comes back, and yes, he is still hot. The kids are cute, the jokes are classic and the "Full House" references are classic and plentiful. Of course, there are still some of those classic lessons still in the episodes, and Danny has passed his clean freak-ness on to one of his grandkids. The show makes you feel like nothing has changed in the Tanner family. It takes you back to your childhood watching "Full House" when you got home from school. It truly is a fantastic show.
The spinoff is bound to be another classic. Whether you watched "Full House" or not (if you haven't please never speak to me again), it is a great show. Netflix, you have done it again. My only regret is watching all of the episodes in one day.
So, enjoy "Fuller House" until you finish it, and then watch it again. That's what I did.
