If you're like every other girl who grew up in the '90s, you can probably understand the amount of happiness and enthusiasm we all felt when we heard there was going to be a "Full House" reboot. There was an instant craze. And as soon as that rumor was made official, we lost all control. And an even better twist: It's on Netflix, so we can completely binge-watch the first season all in one day. Although we're sad Michelle Tanner won't be making an appearance, you can count on the rest of the family to be there. (Don't worry, Uncle Jesse is definitely going to be there.)
Here are some reasons to be excited for our childhood coming back to life:
1. The plot will be the same as "Full House," but with an interesting twist.
This time around, DJ Tanner moves back into her family home with her children after she recently becomes a widow (just like her father, Danny), and Stephanie and Gibbler move in to help her out.
2. The whole gang is said to make an appearance (Even DJ's high school boyfriend, Steve!)
What a bunch of wonderful people, OMG.
3. But more importantly, did I mention John Stamos (aka Uncle Jesse) is back!?
Because what's a reboot without Uncle Jesse?!
4. We get to see Kimmy Gibbler as a mom.
Well, this one should be interesting, to say the least.
5. We get to hear more of Uncle Joey's ridiculous jokes.
Such a classic by Joey Gladstone.
6. We get to witness how DJ, Stephanie and Kimmy grew up and interact as adults.
I mean look at them. We only wish we can be that cool when we're moms.
7. We'll learn more life lessons, just like we did in the '90s.
DJ, if only you could see what you were going to look like 20 years later...
8. The potential sarcasm between Stephanie and Gibbler.
Hopefully, they still like to be sassy even though they've grown up.
9. The family break-out dance sessions.
Because these moments always put us in a better mood. Like, why don't our families just break out like this?
10. We're secretly holding onto the possibility that Michelle Tanner will make a comeback.
Just so we can hear her say that, of course.
11. Finally, because hearing that theme song again is going to give us some major feels.
I'm crying already just thinking about it. Feb. 26 can't come fast enough!
