Harry Potter to Most of the world is not new. Many Americans, Brits, and beyond that classify themselves as potter-heads have been obsessed with the series since the books came out. A friend of mine wasn't allowed to join these many fanatics when she was younger because her parents restricted her from watching shows and movies with magic or wizards.
