We did it. We made it through Formal Sorority Recruitment Weekend! Although we will look back at that weekend for the rest of our lives and think of how lucky we were to find our homes, it was probably one of the most stressful, grueling, emotional, and tiring weekends of our lives. But looking back you gotta love every minute of it and be thankful for where the experience brought you.

A moment of appreciation for these ladies because they worked so hard, dealt with so much, and were poring out with endless advice and support throughout the entire weekend. Thank you PanHellenic!
2. The struggle of tearing apart your closet searching for the "perfect" outfit.

4. Without even realizing it you become friends with the girls in your recruitment group and you hope they find their home this weekend just as much as you do.
5. When the sorority girl who picks you up has some sort of connection to you and they swear it was a complete accident. YEAH OKAY.
6. When you see your friend that's already in the sorority that you are visiting.
7. When your conversation isn't flowing...like at all.
8. When you thought you really connected but don't get asked back the next day.
9. That moment when you get your schedule and see your top pick.
10. That moment when you get your schedule and don't see your top pick.
11. When you see girls withdraw from the process.
12. When you answer the same questions over and over again.
13. When your values are almost identical to a sorority's.
14. When you think you've had that moment of clarity that everyone has been talking about.
