We've all been there, at the lowest point in our life where we feel like nothing has meaning.

These negative thoughts will reflect the actions that you take for the rest of your life!
Let that sink in for just a moment, and with that in mind, make a choice today and decide whether you will let these negative thoughts change your viewpoint of who you are or not.
You can make a decision to pick yourself up and eliminate those negative thoughts and turn them into something positive and productive.
Erase the word, "worthless," from your mind and embrace yourself — love yourself and your values — because at the end of the day nobody will do it for you.
Change the person who you see everyday in the mirror and start viewing your body, your imperfections, and everything that makes you who you are into something that you love.
Before loving anybody else, learn to love yourself and your own values.
I get it, it's hard, and it's going to be a process! But, you have a purpose in life that you will soon come to terms with, through learning about your mistakes and learning about yourself as a person.
You might not know why you may be feeling these emotions of pain and worthlessness, but remember that at the end of the day it just comes down to you and how you decide to change your thoughts.
