Are you a seasoned Yogi? Are you a newbie interested in learning more about yoga? The new year is a great time to enhance your practice, or to take the plunge onto the mat for the first time! If you're starting out, it can be intimidating. Even you aren't new to yoga, everyone's schedules can be busy and hectic. What if you could stretch it out in your own home or dorm room, on your own schedule?
Well, with Youtube Yogi, Adriene Mishler, you can! According to her website, yogawithadriene.com, "Adriene is an actor and yoga teacher based out of Austin, TX." Adriene really broke out onto the online yoga scene in 2015 with her creation of her "30 Days of Yoga" video series. Adriene's charming, goofy, laid back manner of teaching yoga in her videos is endearing and encouraging to people at all levels, and taking her 30-day challenge is a wonderful way to begin or to grow and improve.
In 2015, an online community formed around the 30 Days of Yoga, and people from all over the world practiced together, grew more in tune with themselves mentally, physically, and spiritually, and, in Adriene's words, "found what feels good."
With the popularity of her 30-day yoga challenge, and the pleads of her followers for more, on January 1st, Adriene introduced her FREE second installment of 30 Days of Yoga, "YOGA CAMP," a yoga boot camp for the mind, body, and soul.
So, consider joining Adriene and others across the country and around the world as they begin the new year by learning from and listening to their bodies, taking life a little less seriously, and "finding what feels good."
It's never too late to start YOGA CAMP; that's what's so great! You can begin any time, as the videos are available on Adriene's blog and youtube. You never have to attend a class, and you don't even have to leave your own bedroom. You can practice any time that fits your schedule, day or night. So, why not join the Yoga With Adriene community and find what feels good for you in 2016?
