You work hard all year long, and just when it starts to look and feel like summer, school is like "Nope!" and slams you with a ton of work. The end of the semester means tests, group projects (ugh), presentations and a lot of studying. As always, Odyssey is here to help distract you from all of these annoying responsibilities. Let's let Drake and Josh do the talking...
All you have to do is get through finals. But you can’t help but feel like:
You do everything in your power to put off studying for as long as you can. Now’s a good time to shop online for your clothes for next year. And organize your room. And watch YouTube videos. Oh and don't forget you have to finish watching your shows on Netflix!
You and your roommate help each other in procrastinating like:
You try to convince yourself that you still have the drive to finish your semester strong.
When that doesn’t work, you convince yourself that doing bad in school isn’t really that big of a deal. I mean Cs get degrees, right?
Then, usually somewhere close to the day before your exam, the panic starts to set in.
It’s okay. You’ll just pull an all-nighter. You can do this. Grab some Red Bull and a 5 Hour Energy, and get pumped.
Fast forward to 4 a.m...you’re delirious
...and unable to retain any more information, no matter how simple.
You figure you can just wing your foreign language exam without studying; there must be some sort of knowledge in your brain from the whole semester.
Or not.
You look for reassurance from your friends that everything will be okay, but all you get is something like
The morning of the exam has you popping 5 Hour Energy before class like
You stumble through your final presentation, trying your best to play it cool like
No matter what grades you end up with for the semester, at least it’s finally over.
