Well, guys, it's almost here. Finals Week. With one week to go, unfortunately, we can no longer pretend we it isn't coming and guilt-free binge Netflix all weekend long. Yep, it's the time for 4 plus coffees a day and living out of the MLC, seeing your friends only for study groups and gaining 5 lbs because the only time you have time to eat is at 2 a.m. when you're stress eating anything and everything you can find in your apartment. So, in order to better prepare you for the worst week of your life, I've come up with a little survival guide! May the curve be ever in our favor

Blankets
Carry a blanket or at least a large sweatshirt wherever you go. For some reason, the best study spots also seem to reside in their own personal North Pole and are always freezing. You're going to want something to keep you warm while you're studying the days away. Plus, blankets double as the perfect nap accessory when you just need a sleep break.
Start in Advance
DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE NIGHT BEFORE TO START STUDYING. I repeat. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE NIGHT BEFORE TO START STUDYING. You will fail, you will cry and you will lose scholarships. Start studying at least two or three days in advance, you're studying for multiple classes all at once you need to space out your studying so you actually retain what you need to in order to pass the final.
Notecards, Highlighters, Pens, Etc.
All the school necessities that help you study- get them now. You don't want to be running around trying to find the one thing that helps you study the best the week when you really just need to be actually studying. Stock up on the essentials now before it's too late.
A Netflix Subscription
Okay yeah, this may seem counter productive, but I guarantee, that one episode of "How I Met Your Mother" can reawaken a beaten down soul. Stay on that grind, but allow yourself some breaks every now and then, you'll find you're actually more productive later on.
Stress Relievers
Go on a run, call your mom, go to dinner with a friend, go pet some dogs - just give yourself a way to de-stress and get out your nerves.
Comfort Clothes
Sweatpants and leggings are an absolute necessity this week. If you feel good- you'll do good- that's just a known fact. At least you can feel comfortable while you're stressing about everything else.
A Cry Corner
Prepare the cry-corner for when you just can't even anymore. Let yourself have a good ole cry and then get back to the grind.
Good luck!
