Now that finals season has fast approached, everyone is scurrying around campus. If you're one of the people, like me, who always goes to the library, then you definitely have found yourself looking for a new study spot, as many random faces have entered the library. (Where have they been all year, dude?) People are slowly, but surely having mental breakdowns all over campus, as who could have expected this semester to have flown by. Anyways, I know there are people on here procrastinating studying, hence you are on here. If you are not on here, then you are probably watching Netflix, which, if you are reading this, then you should start "Grey's Anatomy" if you have not already because it is the best / worst emotional roller coaster. Finals and "Grey's Anatomy" and extremely similar. The laughs, the tears, the heartbreak, the deaths...of your GPA, that is.
A semester of classes has gone by, but still...
And the countless all-nighters to catch up to a semester's curriculum makes you feel...
And you only go to the study breaks because it is the end of the semester, so you are broke, but still have yet to figure out the dining hall schedule so...
And that teacher you got stuck with because everyone else took the easy teacher has assigned another last minute assignment..
And your parents call you to check up and make sure you are OK under the stress, but...
And all you can think about is dropping out or switching to an "easier major," but "Mama ain't raise no quitter" so...
And when you seek out a friend / tutor to help you learn something, but nothing will click...
And when someone tries to make conversation during this stressful time, but you are way too frustrated with studying, so you snap when they simply ask, "Are you excited to go home?"
And you are extremely caffeine reliant, but by the tenth cup of the day...
And because of all your procrastinating, if you fail, just remember...
But dance it out and grind through it, because unlike the end of fall semester, you have all summer to look forward to and recover from the emotional rollercoaster that educators like to call "finals."
