Finals time is the most stressful time in a college students life. There are high tensions between everyone and added personal problems always cause more harm than good. Here are five ways to prepare for finals.
1. Continuously study a few hours every day.
If you are studying for a bit, then you don't have to be as stressed the day before the exams.
2. Relax.
Take a break for an hour or two.
3. Have a study parter/group.
Also, always have someone around that can help you understand things you didn't grasp in lecture.
4. Stay calm.
Do not allow the stress to consume you.
5. Breathe.
