Almost every 90s kid knows him. You can find him on "Boy Meets World" as the lovable, Mr. Feeny. He is a man who wears many hats. He is known as Cory Matthews's next-door neighbor, teacher, principal, and friend. What he is best known for is his advice and guidance he gives to Eric, Cory, Shawn, Topanga, and more. Sure, he may be a fictional character, but he definitely left a mark on all of us.

Here are 10 times Mr. Feeny gave the best advice:

1. Always be open-minded.

In order to grow as a person, you need to keep an open mind. Be unapologetically you who is open to new experiences.

2. You need to take chances.

Make mistakes or go down the path less traveled by. Don't always take the easy way out. There is beauty in the struggle. Struggles teach you hard work, dedication, as well as give you an appreciation of how far you've come.

3. Open communication is key in ALL relationships.

It's so easy to misinterpret messages, especially text messages. The trick is to always remain calm and ask questions. Everyone assigns different connotations to words. Those connotations may not resonate well with one, meanwhile, it means something totally different to you.

4. Never forget your morals.

Again, don't take the easy way out. Be honest, determined, and committed. Just because your actions and work aren't recognized right now, doesn't mean they're going unnoticed. A hero can be a hero without the title.

5. Family extends beyond blood.

It is the people who you can always count on and know will always be there for you.

6. The power of love.

Love conquers all and has a strong hold on impacting all of our lives. Aside from happiness, we all want love in our lives. It is something we all desire, crave and covet.

7. Be grateful for technological advancements.

Thanks to our advancements in technology, we now have access to so much information at the ease of our fingertips. Often, we forget that technology wasn't always this advanced. Be grateful you have all this access to knowledge and always stay curious!

8. Life is complex.

In the rulebook of life, there isn't always just one right answer. We figure this out as we carve our lives with experiences.

9. Those you surround yourself with help in shaping who you are as an individual.

It can be family, friends, educators, and even coworkers who you can accredit to for shaping you are as an individual. They influence you in many ways as well as you influence them. You both leave marks on each other.

10. Never forget your worth.

Anyone else need a tissue? With such simple words, this man ended the final episode of the show. Yet, those words will stick with us forever.

We tip our hats to you, Mr. Feeny. Thank you for teaching us all to be good people.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating.
