College is hard.

Really, really hard. And sometimes, you just realize you're destined to fail.

And, once you come to that realization, you begin to go through grief. Well, kind of, because let's be honest, college students tend to be melodramatic.

Stage One: Denial

There's no way you did that bad...right?

Stage Two: Anger

[rebelmouse-proxy-image https://media.rbl.ms/image?u=%2Ffiles%2F2017%2F02%2F24%2F636235658173405478-500701295_angry-dwight.gif&ho=https%3A%2F%2Faz616578.vo.msecnd.net&s=45&h=fa7972192c0037d36d9281bc6c3a69404f81c57f83c5e62f193458e9d4c9a7e0&size=980x&c=1021651924 crop_info="%7B%22image%22%3A%20%22https%3A//media.rbl.ms/image%3Fu%3D%252Ffiles%252F2017%252F02%252F24%252F636235658173405478-500701295_angry-dwight.gif%26ho%3Dhttps%253A%252F%252Faz616578.vo.msecnd.net%26s%3D45%26h%3Dfa7972192c0037d36d9281bc6c3a69404f81c57f83c5e62f193458e9d4c9a7e0%26size%3D980x%26c%3D1021651924%22%7D" expand=1]

Clearly, your professor is an evil jerk who's out to get you, and you are ENRAGED. It's totally not YOUR fault you failed.

Stage Three: Bargaining

[rebelmouse-proxy-image https://media.rbl.ms/image?u=%2Ffiles%2F2017%2F02%2F24%2F636235658890783944715193274_giphy.gif&ho=https%3A%2F%2Faz616578.vo.msecnd.net&s=743&h=44b46fd940b3b746da29d00cbcc8226a6c4f8d00e7ededd8f28aa4b4d652fbb4&size=980x&c=2002773786 crop_info="%7B%22image%22%3A%20%22https%3A//media.rbl.ms/image%3Fu%3D%252Ffiles%252F2017%252F02%252F24%252F636235658890783944715193274_giphy.gif%26ho%3Dhttps%253A%252F%252Faz616578.vo.msecnd.net%26s%3D743%26h%3D44b46fd940b3b746da29d00cbcc8226a6c4f8d00e7ededd8f28aa4b4d652fbb4%26size%3D980x%26c%3D2002773786%22%7D" expand=1]

Maybe if you date your professor he'll pass you.

Stage Four: Depression

[rebelmouse-proxy-image https://media.rbl.ms/image?u=%2Ffiles%2F2017%2F02%2F24%2F636235659729077008-506104152_bf7e528e9f18c43b8bb0d23de441378b.gif&ho=https%3A%2F%2Faz616578.vo.msecnd.net&s=850&h=dfa7f6627c519cfafaab3d47cf669fbe51a318ff2438a958d73c5c9251b921df&size=980x&c=807544929 crop_info="%7B%22image%22%3A%20%22https%3A//media.rbl.ms/image%3Fu%3D%252Ffiles%252F2017%252F02%252F24%252F636235659729077008-506104152_bf7e528e9f18c43b8bb0d23de441378b.gif%26ho%3Dhttps%253A%252F%252Faz616578.vo.msecnd.net%26s%3D850%26h%3Ddfa7f6627c519cfafaab3d47cf669fbe51a318ff2438a958d73c5c9251b921df%26size%3D980x%26c%3D807544929%22%7D" expand=1]

You're never going to be a writer, and you're trash who's been reduced to writing lousy listicles because you're a failure who spent your whole week "studying" for that test you failed.

Stage Five: Acceptance

[rebelmouse-proxy-image https://media.rbl.ms/image?u=%2Ffiles%2F2017%2F02%2F24%2F6362356607361185161011593164_giphy.gif&ho=https%3A%2F%2Faz616578.vo.msecnd.net&s=651&h=52f5a19a8dadaf9c662e77321304c1b5c4e6f7b1b73391064fcf801e5e9637e7&size=980x&c=2517883961 crop_info="%7B%22image%22%3A%20%22https%3A//media.rbl.ms/image%3Fu%3D%252Ffiles%252F2017%252F02%252F24%252F6362356607361185161011593164_giphy.gif%26ho%3Dhttps%253A%252F%252Faz616578.vo.msecnd.net%26s%3D651%26h%3D52f5a19a8dadaf9c662e77321304c1b5c4e6f7b1b73391064fcf801e5e9637e7%26size%3D980x%26c%3D2517883961%22%7D" expand=1]

Eh, can't go back now. Might as well write a cheesy listicle so you don't miss your deadline.
