It's around that time of year when many of us start to get sick of all the snow and cold as we yearn for summer. The feelings we have about winter change as the months go on and winter continues. You're favorite Disney characters can relate to you and your feelings about the winter months.
1. Your excitement after the first snowfall
The first fall of fluffy, white snow usually means the holidays are right around the corner. It's the happy phase of the season when the snow is fresh and the excitement is high.
2. You start winter activities
With the excitement being high during the first few snowfalls, everyone emerges to start up the fun, winter activities like building snowmen, starting snowball fights, and making snow angels.
3. You become annoyed as winter continues after the holidays are over
Your face likely looks like this when you realize that there are still a couple more months of winter. You're done with winter at this point and Mother Nature is really starting to get on your nerves as she keeps this cold weather up.
4. The look you have when the snow keeps falling
Even though that's rain falling on Jane, she still feels your pain. "Will the snow ever stop?" is a constant thought throughout the later months winter.
5. How you think you look in winter
Sorry, but chances are you don't look like a flawless Disney princess when you're walking around campus during winter.
6. How you actually look in winter
You probably look more like The Beast during the winter with all those layers.
7. You realize ice is not your friend
Slipping and sliding all around campus becomes a daily occurrence. Maybe this will improve your ice skating skills...or maybe you'll just have a bruised butt from falling so many times.
8. Hibernation becomes way too real
College students like to hibernate, too, in the winter months. Going outside seems too painful from the cold at points, so you'd prefer to just stay in all day and night if you can.
9. You dream about summer
You probably start to literally dream about the hot months of summer as you're bundled up in ten blankets at night. You can't wait for warm days and nights of summer, mainly because you're sick of having to wear a million layers of clothes every day.
10. When you wake up and see a blizzard
You know that class won't be cancelled; therefore, you have to brave the blizzard.
11. Walking to class in a blizzard
12. Or, walking to class with a negative windchill
"Do I even have a face anymore?" is another thought that constantly goes through your mind during these frozen months. Negative wind chills and blizzards are equally as painful.
13. You finally start to plead to Mother Nature
Please stop the winter and the cold Mother Nature. It's time for spring now, isn't it?
