We all have been there: We get back from three classes in a row with miraculously little homework due tomorrow and realize that we actually have a whole hour of free time! We have no idea what to do with ourself except to log on to Netflix only to find that we have but a precious few more episodes until our current series binge will come to a screeching halt. If you are finding yourself in such a predicament, have no fear; this alphabetical list is sure to have something that will send you back on that procrastinator's high. I've personally seen them all (with some notable exceptions), and so instead of giving you the Wikipedia summary, I hope to inform you of what exactly makes each show so unique and worth the watching.
Alias
I spent about a summer and a half a few years back watching this with my siblings. The action, drama, comedy, and tragedy all played a role in keeping us glued to our seats on the couch, and Jennifer Garner is still a name said with awe in my household, especially on my sister's part.
Battle Creek
I haven't finished all the episodes yet, as I am savoring each one before I run out. This show joins to list of many before it, killed before their prime. Each character is lovable in their own way, and while the plot doesn't always add up, Battle Creek almost makes me wish it did.
Chuck
I am always shocked when I mention this show, one of my all-time favorites, and am met with a response of nonrecognition. It appeals to just about every TV viewer ever, with both intelligent and dorky humor, attractive and "cute ugly" stars, and action and romance focuses. Plus, Zachary Levi - done and done.
Cutthroat Kitchen
For all the not-so-secret Food Network fans, you're probably no stranger to this show, but did you know that every gripping episode is available on Netflix? Well, they are.
Daredevil
Arguably the best superhero series, period, Daredevil is awesome in every way: casting, plot, dialogue, casting, action, drama, casting, set design, originality, casting... Move over, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. fans. I was one of you, too. Trust me, this is better. Did I mention how perfect the casting is? (Season Two is on its way!)
Fuller House
One of those notable exceptions I was talking about earlier, Fuller House is not yet available for viewing, but will be in a few weeks. I am really excited to see some of the better characters come back for a sequel long in coming. Hopefully it will be worth the wait.
Lie to Me
The concept of this show is absolutely incredible. I actually feel smarter for watching it, but not in the "this is good for me" kind of way. You get educated almost without permission, in the best way.
Psych

Sherlock
If you are reading this article and haven't heard of Sherlock, welcome back from under the rock. Sherlock has taken the world by storm, and for a reason. There are many great things about this show, but as an avid Sherlock Holmes fan in general, I have especially appreciated the extensive attention to detail in regard to the original stories, even when contradicting them.
The Twilight Zone
I'll be honest; I'm too creeped out to binge watch this one. Almost every episode I've seen was in a high school class for one thematic reason or another. But to exclude it from a list promising something for just about everyone would be wrong, so here you go, intelligent thrill-seekers. Have at it.
The West Wing
As I write this article I am finishing up the sixth season of this seven-season show, and every episode is incredible. The West Wing won a bunch of awards and still remains, in my opinion as well as many media critics', one of the best dramas ever produced for television. If you ever enjoyed a history class or watched a political debate, you might want to give this a try, and see if you can help yourself from automatically clicking "Next Episode" once you've finished the last.
