With summer coming to an end and school starting in a few short weeks, some people start to get into a slump. The weather cools down and autumn rolls in, and here are a few reasons why you should be so excited for fall.
Football Season
My absolute favorite sports season. Whether college football or the NFL is your favorite, it's the best excuse to spend a couple hours on the couch! I for one will be cheering on my favorite National Champion team on Saturdays (Go Buckeyes)! And on Sundays, Mondays and Thursdays, depending on when they play, I will be cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals. O-H and Who Dey are my favorite chants during the next couple months.
Sweater and Boots
Tall, short, brown, or black, boots are the very best fall footwear. Especially when paired with an adorable sweater! I prefer brown boots, dark jeans, and a cute colored nude sweater. Don't forget some super cute accessories to pair with it.
Halloween
The only time where it's normal for adults to dress up like Disney princesses. Fun outfits, tasty treats, and fun parties with friends are the best way to celebrate.
Halloween Movies and Haunted Houses
Whether you're into the scary movies or the Disney inspired Halloween movies, its the best movie season of the year. My personal favorite movies are the Halloween Town series. And the haunted houses are to die for, no pun intended.
Scents and Tastes
We all know how much everyone the scents and tastes of fall. Every basic girl will be donning pumpkin spice lattes. Just like the scents of pumpkin, apples, and changing leaves will be in the air. And we can't forget those coveted apple cider doughnuts.
Everyone should know that fall is the best time of the year. Summers ending, and it's the perfect transition into winter. The air gets colder, the treats get tastier, and the smells get better. Halloween is the most fun holiday of the year; between the costumes, haunted houses, and movies. But the best part is it's time to break out the sweaters and Boots.
