I generally enjoy all seasons, but fall is probably my favorite. For the most part, the weather is great. It's cool without being too cold, unless we get an Indian summer. Friday night football was a highlight in high school, and I still enjoy watching marching band shows. Fall fashion is also my favorite, along with fall coffee. Such a wonderful time of year!

I have grown to enjoy football a lot over the years. Am I very knowledgeable about it? Not particularly. I have learned a lot about it though and enjoy watching it. There have been several very memorable games from both high school and college. College football is so much more energetic than what my high school was. Being in the marching band for eight years definitely helped with my football interest. Playing on the sidelines was also a blast, along with performing at halftime. I have been able to so many new locations courtesy of marching band. I've also made some great friends along the way.

Fall clothes are my favorite! I own far too many scarves, but that is okay. I also enjoy wearing sweaters with jeans and boots. Copper and brass colored jewelry are also great to wear around this time of year. Outfits are honestly just so fun to put together and they are so comfortable.

3. Fall Coffee

Oh the season of the PSL! Starbucks is flooded with people getting their first pumpkin spice latte of the season, or they might have just lost count at how many. I will admit though to not being typical. Pumpkin spice lattes are great, but my personal favorite would have to be salted caramel mochas. Whenever I want something really sweet, I go for a salted caramel white mocha instead of a regular one. Salted caramel period is great, but having it over chocolate is just a little extra special.

Despite what I said about pumpkin spice lattes, I really do enjoy pumpkins. They are so much fun to carve, and I actually carved my first one my freshman year of college. Pumpkin muffins are great as well. Some of the best ones are simply made with just a can of pumpkin and a box of cake mix. Nothing else besides those two ingredients, and they come out so soft and delicious. Pumpkin pies are great as well and are more typical around Thanksgiving in my life. Pumpkins just make me happy. There is something about pumpkins that do make me smile. It's rare that I am unhappy while surrounded by a bright orange patch.

There are many other reasons why I enjoy fall. The leaves are changing, humidity is mostly leaving for a while and I can break out my scarves. There are also a lot of fun activities to do outside as well. Some recommendations could include hiking or a hayride. Good times had and great memories still to come.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
