There are a lot of reasons to head to the movie theater over this holiday break. Jimmy Fallon hosts "The Golden Globes" on January 9th; this gives you just enough time to go see all the new nominees. Then, of course, there is the fact that there are so many new and awesome movies out to see. The best reason of all though is that it gives you something to do. I'm always so bored over holiday breaks at home and want something entertaining to do, well here it is. Check out all the movies in theaters over this holiday season:

1. "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story"

Starring: Felicity Jones, Diego Luna, and Alan Tudyk

This will be the first of three Star Wars stories that will come in between the newest Episodes VII, VIII, and IX.

It is the reason supporters keep coming back to her shows each year. Days later, I’m still in awe of the spectacle ‘Miss Americana’ puts on every few days in a new city. We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
