It's been confirmed! Evanescence, an American rock band that has been around since 1995, is finally releasing a new album after 6 long years. Amy Lee, the band's lead singer, took to social media to announce the release of the new album, titled Synthesis.
The album will offer a new twist on the band's original sound, as they are stripping the original rock guitar and drums to replace them with brass and orchestral instruments-- ultimately revamping the overall sound of some of their older songs.
An orchestral version of Bring Me To Life?! Count me in!
What's even more exciting is that Synthesis is also going to include two brand new songs, as well!
Evanescence fans, it's OK to start screaming now!
