Classes felt like they just began yesterday, but it's now that point in the semester everyone has been dreading since day one: finals week. Papers are due, tests are on the rise, and studying seems to be never-ending. Ask any college student how they're doing over the next couple of weeks, and the response you might receive will make you forever happy you're not in their position. Chances are, whoever you ask is sleep deprived, stressed, and overwhelmed. Grey's Anatomy, at least for me, explains all of the end of the semester feelings.
When you think about Christmas.

Hearing other people complain about their problems.
Specifically, seeing every person you know in high school complain about the amount of work they have to do. That was me, I was one of those people who complained about high school on twitter, but once I got to college, I realized how petty that actually was.
When people try to talk to you, knowing you're actually doing work.
This is one reason why you should always have headphones in your ears; even if they're not on, people (usually) won't talk to you if they can see you're not listening. How do you politely tell someone to shut-up so you can finish writing the paper that's due tomorrow? I'm the person who sits there in hopes that you'll stop talking at some point in the near future so I can actually accomplish something.
Thinking about all the times you didn't study when you should have.
I'm sure there are countless times throughout the semester where you know you could've studied a little longer and not neglected the insane amounts of reading you were assigned; that's just not how it works at the time. There were better things to do than read or study. Just being more prepared then would mean being more prepared now, and with significantly less stress.
Thinking about the end, if there even is one.
This is probably the mindset for most college freshman at this point in the semester. Upperclassmen not so much; they know what it's like and they've experienced it personally. We'll survive and everything will be fine. At least I hope...
When you think about all the work your professors assigned.
You won't actually threaten anyone. No matter how much you think you want to, you won't. You're mad, it's fine, everyone is at this point in the semester. They may think that their class is the only one you take, but what teacher doesn't?
Actually having confidence in yourself and realizing you got this.
You've got this, and you'll make it out alive. You're ready for winter break, and you're also ready to suffer all over again next semester.
