A Definitive Ranking Of Ed Sheeran's Best Songs, You're Welcome

Ed Sheeran is a masterpiece, as a human and as a songwriter. In light of dropping his most recent album, Divide, I have taken on the bold task of ranking Ed Sheeran's top 20 songs. I will warn you, tears were shed and hearts were torn in the making of this list.

1. Little Lady (ft. Mikill Pane), No.5 Collaborations Project

Tears for days. Chills for years. Will make you need to lay in the fetal position. Bring a box of tissues to this listening party if you have never heard this one. Also, you will want to immediately want to donate all your money and time to end sex trafficking.

2. Give Me Love, +

Is Ed Sheeran human?! How?!

3. Tenerife Sea, x

I'm not a sap. You're a sap.

4. Photograph, x

This was played at my high school graduation, and while I don't miss high school (AT ALL) I might've sobbed when I heard the first few chords start to play.

5. Save Myself, ÷

I'm not crying. Also, remember that the man who wrote this song also said this:

6. I See Fire, The Hobbit

Our ginger prince, you completed The Hobbit with this piece.

7. All of the Stars, The Fault in Our Stars

REMEMBER WHEN HE GAVE HER FOREVER IN THE NUMBERED DAYS?!?! I'M FINE! I SWEAR I AM OKAY!!!!!

Okay? Okay.

8. Castle on the Hill, ÷

HONESTLY SUCH A JAM!! It's a road-trip song, it's a chill song, it's a belting song. What more could you want?!

9. Happier, ÷

OH, MY!!! Feels! PURE TALENT FOLKS!!! Are you weeping? Ed Sheeran wrote that. He also said this:

10. Thinking Out Loud, x

ART!!! Honestly, such a swoon. And that music video had us all wanting to learn how to dance.

11. Lego House, +

Iconic Ed song, but also, Ron Weasley is in the music video. You know all those times you were like 'Okay, Ed Sheeran and Ron Weasley look alike?' Everyone else thought so too, so they cast Rupert Grint as Ed Sheeran. Simply iconic.

12. London Bridge (ft Yelawolf), The Slumdon Bridge EP

This is the first of Ed Sheeran I had ever heard, so I'm a little biased to this remix of a classic.

13. Kiss Me, +

And once again, Ed Sheeran made billions of hearts ache.

14. Small Bump, +

This is another one that will make you weep. It's a touching narrative with a very bittersweet ending. I'm not crying, my eyes are sweaty.

15. Wake Me Up, +

This is such an Ed-styled song, but I love it for its sweet nature while being totally unique. Doesn't feed the typical pop love song stereotype at all, just like Ed himself.

16. Drunk, +

This song is intoxicating, just like my love for puns. Also intoxicated? Ed. Frequently.

17. The City, +

"If the city never sleeps, then that makes two."

Relatable for the insomniac in all of us.

18. Perfect, ÷

It's rumored Ed wrote titled this based on himself. I started that rumor, just now, because I think Ed's music is perfect.

19. Bloodstream, x

This is one of those songs that I always mess up my eyeliner if I'm listening to it while I'm getting ready, because I can't help but bop my head.

20. Don't, x

This song is a warning to not mess with Ed's love because that would be mean. Don't be mean.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
