When I think of Ed Sheeran my heart explodes, literally. I have watched Ed grow into something big. He exploded onto the scene with his hit song off of his first album "+" titled "The A-Team" here in America way back in late 2012, but most people know him now for his songs off of his new album "X" like "Photograph," "Don't," and "Thinking Out Loud." Ed Sheeran released his second album, "X," in June of 2014 and just this year Ed took home a Grammy for song of the year for "Thinking Out Loud." Watching Ed Sheeran's success skyrocket has been like a proud momma moment for me. I remember watching him perform at the Summer Olympics in 2012, and now he's making songs for movies, like "The Hobbit" and "The Fault in Our Stars," and winning Grammy's for his amazing songs. Not only is Ed Sheeran extremely talented, he is also one of the nicest guys in the music industry. Ed Sheeran is one of my absolute favorite people to walk this earth. Although Sheeran is known for his songs as mentioned above, he has so many songs out there with so much meaning. He writes his own songs, so they come straight from the heart. Here are some of my favorite lyrics from each Ed Sheeran song that I believe contribute to making him a musical genius.

Now, obviously I have way more favorite lyrics by Sheeran, but I just picked one from each song off both albums. He has more EPs floating out in the world, but this was just the best way to introduce everyone to the beautiful soul of Ed Sheeran. Take some time and just sit and listen to his albums. My own personal recommendation is to listen to his first album first; that one just holds a special place in my heart. The world needs more artists and people like Ed Sheeran in it.
