It's undeniable that Ed Sheeran is one of the greatest talents of our generation. He is a superstar, but he still maintains that he's just a normal person like the rest of us, which his music definitely shows. He's incredibly lovable for millions of reasons, but here are just a few.

1. He took a social media break.

We can all relate to the times when you just need to step away from social media for a while. It's even harder to do when you're a celebrity, but he realized that's what needed to happen and dropped off the grid for a year. Most of us couldn't even go a week.

2. He can sing.

There's no denying that this guy is one of the greatest singers of our generation. I saw him in concert a couple years ago, and it was one of the best that I've ever attended.

3. He knows what's important.

When asked what his goal in life is, Sheeran said, "I’ve always said that I wanna be known as the nicest and hardest working guy in the industry, so if I could be known as that that would be brilliant.”

4. He's incredibly talented.

He can play the guitar, bass, drums, cello, and piano. On top of how talented he is at singing and writing music for not only himself, but other people as well.

5. He's a gentleman.

When his girlfriend's heels broke after the BRIT awards, not only did he give her his sneakers to wear, but also carried her shoes for her. Cue the swooning.

6. He's a fan of others.

He sings Britney Spears in the shower, loves the Backstreet Boys and his go-to karaoke song is "Pony" by Genuine. He's basically my spirit animal.

7. He's a hard worker.

He did over 300 shows in one year. I can't even read 300 assigned reading pages.

8. He can write.

He's written so many great songs not just for himself, but for some of the biggest names in today's pop world like One Direction, Lupe Fiasco, Hilary Duff, Rixton, Hoodie Allen, Olly Murrs, Christina Perri, and Taylor Swift.

9. He isn't afraid to be himself.

He's proud of how many worst dressed awards he's won. He also knows that he will never have a six pack, so he'll always reach for another thing of fries.

10. He has new music out.

If you haven't listened to it yet, you better head on over to Spotify right now to listen to it because Ed Sheeran has done it again with multiple hits that will also hit you right in the feels.

11. He can throw shade.

"New Man" is one of the catchiest shade songs I've ever heard. If you care to disagree, you obviously haven't heard it.

12. He knows his roots.

His new album has a lot of Irish flair to it, and it is absolutely wonderful. We've heard touches of it in other popular artists before, but "Galway Girl" really shows off his Irish roots. Not to mention "Castle On The Hill" is all about going back to his hometown and his friends there.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
