Though he may be a mere figment of the brilliant imagination of J. K. Rowling, Albus Dumbledore is one of the greatest fictional characters to grace both the literary and film world. Throughout the books and movies, Dumbledore says lines that are truly genius, and ones that everyone should take to heart.
1. "It takes a great deal of bravery to stand up to your enemies, but a great deal more to stand up to your friends.
"2. "It does not do to dwell on dreams, Harry, and forget to live.
