What is it that keeps all of us going? What is it that we all fight for everyday of our lives? What makes a person face their inner demons? What makes a person get up after being pushed down? what makes a person take out a flashlight when surrounded by darkness?

I believe that everyone has a dreamer inside them. Everyone has that ability to fight their inner demons with their angelic essence. The dreamer in them seeks out for the glimmer of light in darkness and once it finds it then keep moving towards it. That fire that is burning inside you is what is fueling you to have the energy to get up every morning and fight for your goals in life, which will grant you happiness. That little feeling in us all is also the fighter in you that pushes back the darkness and does not accept negativity. The dreamer also helps a person get back up after being knock down in the ring of life. The dreamer is our light full of positivity, its our fighter in the ring, its our angel watching over us, it is our fire that fuels our energy, all of those combined happens to be our everything that keeps us going.

My dreamer was pushed to the side and kept there because of all the negativity, it was ignored and then lost. The darkness took the dreamer in me and threw it in the darkness that was in my internal world. After searching for that spark in me for awhile, then I have found it again through finding the strength to look for it. Some time has been kept aside for me to contemplate about what drew me to look for the dreamer in me. The truth is because there was way too much negativity rolling around in my head for me to want to keep going and I was surrounded by darkness. There needed to be a reason to believe again, that was what drew me to my dreamer. The dreamer inside us can come to the surface and take us over. It becomes who we are, we become fighters, angels, a light that can shine so bright it makes others want to light up, it is our fire that is our passion, it is everything to us. My dreamer inside me wants me to have fun, see the world, live an adventurous life, help others, be myself, and make the world a better place. I am becoming my dreamer, it is my inner desire of what I want out of life, it is taking me over and I like it because I am not suppressing my goals anymore. I have a vision and I plan to see it through.

Find your dreamer, ask it what it wants from you, and accomplish your goals. What does your dreamer want? What is your vision? You have what it takes to achieve your goals in life.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
