We all know that it is so difficult for us to gain the motivation for us to go to the gym and work out and there are always people at the gym that we're trying to avoid, but we can do some easy, simple and fun workouts from the comfort of our own rooms!

1. Cardio HIIT workout

Butt kicks for 45 seconds

Jump squats for 45 seconds

Mountain climbers for 45 seconds

Forearm plank for 45 seconds

Burpees for 30 seconds

One minute of rest (Repeat this 3 times)

2. Dancer inspired leg focused workout

15 Calf raises

15 Squats with parallel feet

15 Squats with toes pointed to the side

15 Single legged calf raises (both sides)

15 Single legged stand ups from sitting on chair (on both sides)

3. Booty banging workout

20 squats with parallel feet

20 hip raises with both feet planted on the floor

20 hip raises with one foot raised (both sides)

On hands and knees...

20 leg extensions to the back (both legs)

20 fire hydrants with extension (both legs)

20 pulses (both legs)

4. Simple Pilates for everyone

15 glute bridges

15 lying leg extensions

15 side lying leg abductions (both sides)

15 back extensions

15 double d abs

15 regular sit ups

*Think of all of these movements as slow and controlled*
