Disney Princesses At Frat Parties

Disney princesses and strat stars are two characters that you wouldn’t think to combine. When you think about it, however, the Disney princess personalities and the various stereotypes of sorority girls at frat parties can actually mesh together fairly seamlessly.

Disney Princesses At Frat Parties

Cinderella is the girl who goes to the party with her friends and is insistent that this will be a girl’s night. As soon as she sees the cute guy from her psychology class, however, she starts mission: get the guy. Although they really only have a sub-par conversation, she goes over to her friends and girl-shrieks over the fact that “they totally love each other”. Later in the night, she somehow manages to wander her way into his room and has another sub-par conversation until her friends come to get her so they can go home. For an excuse to have him talk to her again, she leaves her Red ID in his room. It’s now up to him to see if this will end in the same fairy tale way Disney decided to end it in or not.

Snow White is the girl who goes to the frat party at a satellite house and is so much fun, for about 30 minutes. After that she just seems to disappear. She came to the party with seven close friends, but they had to leave early because they had work early in the morning so hi ho hi ho it’s out the door they go without her. Later in the night, one of the guys that lives in the house goes into his room and finds that she has made herself at home and is asleep in his bed. She wakes up as he enters the room and they get into a surprisingly good conversation. The end up dating, and her friends make fun of her forever more for how she met him.

Elsa is the girl who gains way too much confidence when she’s drunk and decides to take charge of the frat party. She keeps talking vaguely about problem in her past, but insists she’s ready to let it go. She runs through like a bull in a china shop and goes back and forth between being on top of the world and an emotional basket case, hyper and angry, and excited and over it. People are slightly confused about where exactly she came from, but she seems to be friends with the girlfriend of the fraternity president, so people leave it to her to take care of the hot mess in the blue dress.

Pocahontas is the girl who spends most of the night helping a drunk girl, but still somehow has one of the most memorable nights so far in college. She starts the night at her favorite frat, which seems like home, and is so excited to have a fun night. Very quickly, however, she’s in the bathroom holding back the hair of a girl who she’s never really gotten along with. The girl who’s puking proves to the Pocahontas sorority girl why they’ve never gotten along by completely disrespecting her, and destroying the bathroom. She then forces our hero to go find her older brother, who’s visiting from his college. When she finds him, she sees that he’s not only gorgeous, but funny and nice as well and can paint with all the colors of the wind. His sister then comes and yells at them for talking, because she’s drunk and just rude in general, but he doesn’t care and asks her out anyways, making the night end like any Disney movie would.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
