In 1995, Buzz, Woody and the gang were created in the first animated Pixar Movie, "Toy Story." Ever since, Pixar has delivered 16 featured films, several short films and received countless awards and acknowledgements. They produce films that consistently produce blockbuster movies.
That being said, I certainly have my favorites, as some movies have been downright outstanding. Of course, this is just my personal opinion, but here is my ranking of the Pixar Movies.
15. "Cars 2"
In the true nature of every sequel ever made, it was not as good as the first "Cars." Which, in my opinion, was not particularly great to begin with. Out of all the Pixar Movies, "Cars 2" is the most disposable.
14. "Brave"
While I was stoked to see the first Pixar movie with a female protagonist, I was a little underwhelmed when I actually got around to seeing it. Maybe it’s because I thought she was going to be Irish but then I found out she was Scottish, which is still cool, but I just really like Irish things. But that’s my problem. OK, sorry. Moving on.
13. "WALL-E"
A sweet movie with an important message; I get legitimately angry watching that movie because humans are so stupid, and it scares me that we could one day be taken over by robots. Dear Lord.
12. "Cars"
I don’t know, maybe there is just too much Southern charm in this movie for my Midwestern brain to bear, but I could never relate to "Cars." Besides, this was another one of those movies that little kids obsessed over, thus ruining it just a teensy bit after the 258th time I watched it while babysitting.
11. "Toy Story 2"
If I was ranking all three "Toy Story" movies as a trilogy, this would be at the top of the list. But since they are being viewed individually, this is the one that falls short. To be fair, there is no way it could live up to the awesomeness that is the first "Toy Story." Plus, Al from Al’s Toy Barn is nast.
10. "Ratatouille"
Besides all of those rats giving me the heebie-jeebies, "Ratatouille" was pretty good. It makes me love Paris even more.
9. "A Bug’s Life"
Possibly the most underrated Pixar Movie, "A Bug’s Life" makes me laugh like no other, and it shows you how important it is to stand up for yourself.
8. "Monsters University"
Another one that makes me laugh from start to end, and it has only gotten funnier since I went to college. So many portions of that movie elude to major themes and characters in "Monsters Inc.," showing how great Pixar’s attention to detail is.
7. "Inside Out"
Possibly one of Pixar’s most ambitious projects, they took on the tough task of portraying the human mind. In true Pixar fashion, I didn’t expect it to be sad and then it was. Just another one of Pixar’s attempts to make a fool out of me in public.
6. "Up"
Such an incredible movie, with so many sweet moments. The only reason it did not make the top five is because it is such an emotional rollercoaster. When I first saw the movie in theaters, I cried at least 12 times.
5. "The Incredibles"
The only superhero movie I truly enjoy watching. It also sets it up perfectly for a sequel; I can’t wait to see what other awesome things the Par family does.
4. "Toy Story"

3. "Monsters, Inc."
Every detail about this movie was genius. It was both funny and touching, a true testament as to what Pixar movies are all about.
2. "Finding Nemo"
Visually, this movie is absolutely beautiful. The plot inspiring. "Finding Nemo" reminds us how important family is. Not to mention, Ellen Degeneres makes everything better.
1. Toy Story
I mean, how could it be anything else? Back to where it all began, it's the classic tale of friendship. The best movie ever, for infinity and beyond.
Long live Pixar. I'm sure I speak for the majority of movie-lovers when I say that I am eagerly awaiting "Finding Dory" and all of their other upcoming projects.
