To the terrorists who brought horrific acts unto Paris, your ignorance and idiocy offends me.

To the terrorist who bombed an airport in Belgium filled with family and friends going to see family and friends, how dare you throw away innocent lives just to make a point?

To the terrorist who walked into a school and killed 20 third graders, your willingness to kill and end a child’s life before it even begins is sickening.

To the terrorists who bombed the Boston marathon as people were cheering on their loved ones, your lack of compassion makes my heart cry.

To the terrorist who shot up a movie theatre, you are NOT the joker. You are just an animal who performed an act of abomination.

To the terrorists who continuously bring terror to the streets of Israel, you will lose because Israel still exists and will always stand strong.

To the terrorist who took the lives of people in Planned Parenthood, your heart is cold and while you may think you did the “right thing,” you really were promoting the end to affordable healthcare and legal options. Abortion is legal. Your act of terror is not. OH, and YOU ARE A TERRORIST. Despite the fact that you are a white catholic, you ARE a TERRORIST.

To the sick bastard who walked up to a passionate and loving musician and killed her, I hate you. You have no value for a fellow artist’s life. You got what you deserved.

To the intolerant, bigoted, moronic, heartless asshole who shot up a gay bar and killed 49 people, you deserve to rot in hell. This is 2016. We are a progressive bunch. Forget you and your homophobic, deranged brain.

Do you think I’m being harsh? Try losing someone you love to gun violence, or take a moment to keep up with a nation that you care so much about as the citizens suffer through so much horror all because of ignorance and hatred. Now THAT’S harsh.

Oh terrorists. In all honesty, I feel sorry for you. Yet you are the ones who have robbed me of my friends, my colleagues, my brothers and sisters. It takes an unspeakable amount of hate to feel the need to blow your insides out just so others can perish. It must be painful to have a chest so hollow. A heart is a vital organ, which you clearly do not possess. It must be painful to have so much evil course through your veins. Everyone is born good, so what the hell happened? How did your heart turn so cold, your emotions turn so numb, and your imperative to kill become so enlarged?

You have orphaned millions of infants and children, you have taken a mother of four and turned her childless, you have murdered parents in front of their children and you have left them to suffer. You have killed a husband as he lay on top of his wife in order to protect her. You have robbed students of their educators and educators of their students. You have taken best friends away. You have taken doctors from patients and patients from doctors. You are despicable freaks of nature. I have nothing but hate in my heart.

I am so angry, it hurts. The world has no place for people who don’t value the lives of others. You have no place in this world, so how do we eliminate you? How do we outsmart you? How can we catch terrorism? We clearly can’t beat you, but we will not live in fear. The minute we do, you win and we will NOT let that happen. You will not win!

Why do you do it? Do you enjoy ending fragile lives? Do you enjoy watching someone bleed to death while their loved ones scream and cry over their body? Does that give you an adrenaline rush? I don’t believe in heaven or hell but I like to believe that there is no place in either for people like you. You are worthless pieces of trash. I hate you.

Let us all live in peace. We will fight until the end. One day, there will be harmony. Until then, back the hell off. Ta ta, you worthless losers. One day, G-D will have his way with you.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
