Dear Polar Opposite Best Friend,

I have never had a polar opposite best friend until I met you. We are so different but somehow still the same and I love it.

When we first started working together we would talk here and there but that was it. Then we had a work party that we were both invited to so we went together. From there, things changed. We hung out more. One to two nights turned into six days out of the week. We were nothing alike, but we clicked so well together. We thought alike. We liked to do the same thing each other did and it was great.

Shortly into the friendship, I had realized that in this short few months I have grown to love and care for this girl and her mother as if they were my blood. I call you my best friend but honestly you are more of like my sister. You are stuck with me forever. Our friendship is not a choice.

I'm sticking around.

I'm thankful to have you in my life. Honestly, if I didn't have you, I wouldn't still be at my job because forget that place. But, I know I get to work with you every day so going to the shitty place is worth it.

You are a good person and an amazing friend. If anyone tries to tell you differently, screw them. Because they obviously don't know the you I do.

So even though we are polar opposites, you still are my best friend
