If you are looking for some healthy ways to cope after a bad end to a relationship, here are some tips to get your mind off of things and your life back on track! Don't stay down in the dumps, live your life and move on.

Start working out.

By starting to work out, it will help with keeping your mind off of things, but also it is a healthy way to focus your time and energy!

Write it out.

Start a journal where you can express your feelings freely. By writing out your problems, it will help you understand what you are feeling and it gives you an outlet to feel better after letting everything out

Start a new hobby.

Focus your mind on something new. Go out and try new things either by yourself or with your friends. Make some new changes for a newer and better you.

Surround yourself with good friends.

Surrounding yourself with a good group of friends allows for you to feel the love and support that your friends have for you and it's another good way to distract yourself!

Learn from your experience.

There had to have been some reason for the breakup, even if you do not realize it at first. By taking a look back into your relationship, it helps you fix your own mistakes and learn what you really want out of your partner.
