If we're being completely honest, I hate going to the gym. The equipment is intimidating and it's scary to go to the gym and try to figure everything out without feeling like an idiot and everyone in the gym is staring at you.

Dance2Fit has changed my life and my health for the better, and I'm so grateful to have found this class.

If you're like me and don't enjoy the gym, Here are 11 Dance2Fit videos that you can do from the comfort of your home.
