All Of The Craziness

What I have in store.

All Of The Craziness
chiquitabambino

School is starting! Whether it is your first year of college or your last it is all exciting and a little bit of nervousness. It is my last year of college, my senior year, and I am so nervous because this is the last year before I am onto a real job. I would have to be a true adult for the first time ever in my life. I will have to start paying all the bills and a house mortgage. Sadly, I will also have all the debt of loans I need to pay back that I used to pay for college. I am ready to move on from college yet I am not.

In this year, I need to build my resume. It is extremely hard to find a job coming straight out of college. People have to apply everyday to multiple jobs to try to get hired. I need an internship. I need to shadow professionals so I can figure out exactly what job I want to do. I need to get certifications and volunteer experience. It is all stressful and crazy. I feel so nervous that I only have one year left. I do not want to graduate without a job. It would be my worst nightmare.

I pray that I can get my resume together this year that all jobs will want me. I pray that I can be successful in my school year now and my future job. I want a good pay job that I love so much. I will not take a job that will make me miserable for the rest of my life and I want to be able to have money to start a family and travel. I have to know what I am worthy of when I am accepting jobs and I have to become worthy. I am already getting close to my professors asking anything I can do to make myself professional.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
