The fall semester can be a stressful time of year. It's important to find the little things to help you relax and stay healthy. Nothing is more important than your physical and mental health, so do what you've got to. Here are some things that help me stay positive and happy during the semester.

2. Say yes more.

3. Actually go to office hours and meet your professors.

4. Come up with a schedule that is sustainable.

5. Make yourself some tea.

14. Buy yourself flowers.

15. Keep a journal.

16. Find a new favorite movie.

17. Take a group fitness class.

18. Stop by a farmer's market.

19. Buy yourself something nice.

20. Take a hot shower.

21. Sneak in a nap.

22. Order food in and watch Netflix in your sweatpants.

23. Find a secret hideaway on campus where you can hang out between classes.

24. Chug a superfood smoothie.
