According to multiple outlets such as prowrestlingsheet.com and cnet.com. There's a possibility that Live WWE broadcast show Smackdown has cancelled Friday show in Detroit and is being taped in Orlando Florida in WWE's Performance Center.

According to the same sources, there has been discussions but it isn't finalized.

Similar to tonight's show of NXT which is usually shot in Full Sail University; but was filmed in the Performance Center for different reasons. It seems Smackdown will possibly follow a similar format and be filmed in the Performance Center due to the Coranavirus.

It was reported yesterday that the NBA announced that their season is suspended due to a player tested positive for the virus. The coronavirus' affect on entertainment and sports has been felt in a big way throughout the past few days. Today, on March 12 2020; Tampa city officials will meet with the mayor to further discuss what should be done in regards to WrestleMania next month … but they're hopeful the event will still take place.
