We were raised to think he was this incredible guy who founded the country we live in, but every single bit of that couldn't be further from the truth.

Citizens and cities across the nation are renouncing the total douche bag who has been put on a pedestal with a national holiday for far too long. Instead, they are celebrating Indigenous Peoples' Day.

Columbus didn't discover anything. The land he decided to claim as his own had already belonged to people for centuries. But who cares, right? Wrong. He committed numerous atrocities and it's about time we made fun of him online.
