After bringing a bazooka to his Texas high school, freshman student Colt Smith was told by his teacher to put it away until after class.
Colt, who was named after the iconic Colt 45 pistol as well as the baby horse that will eventually grow up into a full-grown horse for Colt to be a cowboy on, says that the bazooka was his baptism gift and he wanted to impress his classmates and teachers.
“I wasn’t gonna shoot nobody or nothing like that,” sulked Colt as he struggled to fit the bazooka into his backpack.
The teacher will not face any disciplinary action for violating Colt’s second amendment rights.
