15 Truths Of College Life As Told By 'How I Met Your Mother'

"How I Met Your Mother" is one of the funniest things I have ever experienced, as is my life in college. Here are some life moments that every college student can relate to as told by the cast of HIMYM.

1. When you are in a class with one annoying person who always asks way too many questions and calls out every 0.5 seconds.

2. When you’re debating on whether or not to raise your hand in class because your professor could rip you a new one.

3. When you’re with your friend and she says “okay, don’t look but that guy behind you is super cute”

4. Around October of freshman year when all the high school couples were breaking up.

5. When you're about to have a LIT weekend

6. I'm just gonna leave this here...

7. The free-spirited friend who “doesn’t care and doesn’t study” yet gets 100’s on everything. We hate that friend.

8. That friend who gets to college and they thinks they are invincible and soon find out, they are not.

9. When your roommates go home for the weekend and you're all by yourself!!!

10. On your way home for the first time in three months!!!

11. Thoughts every student has while studying for finals

12. When the professor hands out the test and you forget how to spell your name and you don't even know the first question.

13. When your alarm goes off for your 8 a.m. class.

14. Everyone has one of these moments, don't freak out just dance it out.

15. You're only young and in college once, take chances, go out with your friends, get involved, say hi to everyone you meet, try things outside your comfort zone and just live life to the fullest.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
