Okay I've had enough. College is not that hard. You go to class maybe five times a week (yeah I know some of you dirtbags only go three or four). And I'm sure that your classes don't take up your entire day. Midterms and finals? Where does all of this stress come from? If you have been paying attention in class you shouldn't have to study that much. If you don't do so great, oh well, it's a test not a death sentence. Pay better attention in class and get a higher grade next time. An all-nighter? Really? Whether it was to study or finish work, I've never stayed up all night. There's no way that doing so is necessary. You might be thinking that it may sound like I don't care enough or don't try as hard as I could, but that's a ridiculous thought, so flush that out of your whiny soul. Yeah, I called you whiny deal with it. College kids are constantly complaining about something.
I'm so tired I've had to sit on my ass and read all day.
Please, please just stop. Have you ever spent an entire day working on your feet? And not working as in walking around carrying papers. I mean working. Like physical labor that hurts your body. You get to wear sweatpants any day you want, stop complaining.
I have no money *sob *sob
You're in college, you're not supposed to have any money. You're in college so you can make money later. Suck it up for a little while and then reap the benefits. And really, you don't need money. Everything you need should be on campus. The only things that you need money for are things that you want. Stop being a bum.
I'm bored
You live with thousands of people, you can find something to do. If you hate people, here's an idea: go get your work done! Or read. Yes, reading is a thing that you're allowed to do. Don't have a book? Incredible! There's a library here! Who knew?
If you set up a reasonable work schedule, limit distractions, and most importantly stop complaining, college will become easy for you. No more unnecessary all-nighters. No more stress. Just chill out, man up, and get your shit done.
