College Finals Week As Told By Tina Belcher

Finals week is one of the most stressful week of a college students life. It's when you have to try to remember everything you learned that semester. Tina Belcher is the perfect person to describe finals.

1. When you are trying to study but get distracted.

Tina has a fascination with Jimmy Jr. and his butt, however I get distracted by Netflix, sleep, food, procasticleaning, and pretty much everything that does not involve me getting my homework or studying done.

2. Finding out all your finals are on the same day.

I mean that's fine, you don't really need any sleep. Just about 20 cups of coffee and you can take on anything. Just don't become addicted to coffee, like Tina.

3. Studying for hours and still get a bad grade.

No matter how many hours you put into study, the final smacked you right in the face...

4. Or everything you studied for isn't on the final.

It's fine. You'll be fine. Just go cry in the corner.

5. Seeing people who haven't been in class since the first week.

A few questions that might come to mind are: Who are you? I thought you dropped the class? Are you even going to pass? May the odds be ever in his or her favor.

6. Forgetting all your problems.

If that means having random dance parties at 3 a.m. with your roommates and friends. You can get through it. Just remember to have a little bit of fun.

7. Caffeine Rush.

This is the only way we only get through finals. Whether it be red bulls, coffee, soda, expresso beans, etc. Choose your poison.

8. Thinking about being anywhere but college.

Let's be real, maybe if we were taking our finals in the Grand Cayman, you might actually want to take your finals. Or you would be too busy soaking up the sun... Either way, it would be better if there were beautiful waves.

9. Looking down at your exam and not knowing one thing.

As you sit there, in fear of failing. Well it's whatever. It's too late now to say sorry, that's for sure. Just think about going home to your dog or cat.

10. Walking out of your last final with no intention of looking back.

Well, what's done is done. You cannot control what happened now! At this point, all you want to do is take a well deserved nap.

11. Heading towards break.

Whether it's winter or summer break, you are final free. You can get sleep and cuddle with your pet. FINALLY.

12. When the countless hours of studying pays off.

Getting an "A" is one of the best things a college student can receive, espically at my school. Even if you do not get the grade you wanted, you still might have done better than expected.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
