Unfortunately, everyone doesn't agree with Asher Roth— college can sometimes be stressful and challenging, but worthwhile all in one. I can imagine why many people who have not attended college dread attempting to enroll for several reasons that even myself and other undergraduates can relate to.

Many people feel like they aren't smart enough for college, and we can not deny that our college GPA plays an important role in whether we are accepted into a graduate school or hired by a future employer. If someone wants to be a college student they must be intelligent enough to pass their courses. As an undergraduate myself, there is a perfecting process in making my college transcript look beautiful with remarkable grades, and I try the best I can.

Let's be honest— college is really expensive, and unless you have tons of scholarships, grants, or money from a trust fund, you're screwed. Student loans are an alternative option to meet the price of tuition, but not everyone is open to borrowing money. No one wants to be spending their lifetime paying off college debt, but everyone wants to earn their degree, make a good salary and live lavishly.

Another reason why people are skeptical about attending college is because they do not want to waste time being undecided about their major. Whether they absolutely don't know what career they want to pursue or a person keeps changing majors and has no clue what their dream career is. College is a time to become an adult in which many undergraduates don't have their lives together and it's okay. If you want to be a college scholar you have to be dedicated to your studies.

College is a great opportunity in one's life to just learn about the world and seek out many opportunities that they can. There are various things you can do in college such as studying abroad, doing internships, joining organizations, etc. College also can be beneficial in a social aspect in which you network with others professionally and make possible life long friends. My freshman year at Albright college was fun but I didn't feel that this was the right school for me. Sophomore year I was more adjusted and understood that college gives me an opportunity to be more open to others. Now currently in my junior year, I understand that to be successful i must be focused and serious about my education. I am looking forward to my senior year as being one of the best years of attending college.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
