1. White Elephant- Unisex gifts that anyone would enjoy is a great way to get into the Christmas spirit. Whether you do it with your coworkers, family or friends, it's a great way to receive gifts in a hilarious and surprising way.

2. Secret Santa- One of the greatest feelings while your Christmas shop is to find that perfect gift for your person.

3. Take a drive/walk in a "Christmas lights" neighborhood- "It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas" literally everywhere you go.

4. Go Ice Skating- If you live in Florida like me... the only chill you can find this year is in your nearby Ice Skating ring, and during Christmas, Santa is even on the ice. It helps get you in the Christmas spirit.

5. Christmas movies- Put on your Santa hat, ugly Christmas sweater and warm fuzzy socks because Netflix has the greatest collection of your Christmas movies.

6. Adopt-a-family- Giving gifts is the whole reason for Holiday spirit, getting excited to wrap gifts for your loved ones that you know they'll love. So in the spirit of the holidays, give and donate to those less fortunate this year, it will definitely warm your heart. Christmas is the spirit of giving and less thought of what you'll be receiving.

7. Decorate- In order to get in the holiday spirit, it helps if there is a Christmas tree and lights everywhere. If you don't have one already, you should get one. Crank up Spotify's Christmas playlist and "Rock around the Christmas Tree".

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
